we offer a range of courses for adult first aid, whether you want to just learn CPR, Use of an AED, anaphylaxis.

We offer a whole range of none workplace courses. 

Need a qualification for your workplace? 

We can offer HSE approved syllabus courses, both 

• Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) - 1 day
• First Aid at Work (FAW) - 3 day 
• First Aid at Work Requalification (FAWR) -2 day (level 3)

Work in a nursery or childcare setting? 

Need a First Aid course to comply with regulations? 

• Paediatric First Aid (PFA) - 2 day (Level 3). 
• Paediatric First Aid Requalification (PFA) - 1 day every 3 years (must hold a valid in date PFA qualification)

Employers often focus on our physical wellbeing but are now recognising our mental wellbeing to. 

Be able to recognise when someone is maybe low or struggling and how we can support them / signpost them to help

Do you need a tailored course for your workplace or your hobby? Do you have someone with anaphylaxis / epilepsy and want some specific training? 

Do you want to learn more about a subject such as anaphylaxis or burns for example?

You and your staffs time is precious and you maybe cant lose them for too long for training. 

We can offer some courses as blended learning. This means you or your staff can complete online learning prior to attending a shortened practical  face to face element. 

Would you recognise if your child is ill?

Would you know what to do in an emergency? 

We can run a 2 hour (or course duration to suit) course to cover subjects like choking, febrile convulsions, CPR, cuts/bleeding etc.
